MyPath is an individualized self-paced credit recovery program designed to remove barriers to graduation for over-age and/or under-credited students. This program is accessible for Jeffco students across the district on a referral basis. Priority will be given to juniors and seniors in need of significant support (mental health, social emotional, academic, environmental, etc.) to graduate on time. While MyPath will partner with home schools, the expectation is that students will access course work from Sobesky Academy and at home. Course work modalities may include online, traditional paper/pencil, projects, and assessments of competency/proficiency based on individual student needs.

This program is funded by an innovation grant from Jefferson County School District. Potential students are referred by their home school, and space is very limited. As a guideline, juniors with 8 - 11 credits and seniors with 11 - 17 credits will have a realistic opportunity to graduate in a timely manner if they fully participate in the MyPath program. In addition to credit deficiencies, home schools must show documentation that attempts have been made to meet student needs through intensive individualized building supports.
